HAR HAR!! I crashed my site...let's see how long this will take.
Wrote on my other blog and changed the password:

I was wondering why jackstorm.net wasn't working. Turns out...my domain registration kinda...ended. Jerylin shared a horror story of her own domain ending and when I found out my registration ended too...I PANICKED!! Went to GoDaddy and backordered, found out that Dreamhost was still holding onto it, checked my admin panel to click YES, I WOULD LIKE TO RENEW, and a few seconds later...
Life is good.
All is calm.
I am very, very happy to have Dreamhost as my host. *victory dance*
Testing friendfeed. Hanging out with Brett and Jery makes me feel so much more technologically advanced.

...I need some, if I want to update my website. I'll be working on the .com first, since, as JL keeps reminding me, I am done with my Masters degree...although my salary does not reflect it. Time to either install another Movabletype, or Wordpress, or...another? Something that will allow Linh to type out her comments in bright pink. :)

A little memo for myself, to pay for hosting.
Transfering domain was quick, painless, and saved me $$. Yay for domain included in hosting package! :D
. . . scratch that...sent an e-mail to clarify things. That's what I get for trying to make early payments, stupidly responsible me.
Sooooo...I set the comments on auto-publish, but I didn't set up the junk filter tolerance. I set it at a low +1, which is the level that most of the published comments are. It should auto-publish now, Linh. Mooooo. I could also set it at a higher number, and auto-publish according to your e-mail. But I think that you have fun making up e-mails, so we'll just try this system first.
The breadshop script died the same time when all of my movabletype scripts last year. I will rebuild it this summer, using wordpress, since movabletype charges for multiple authors.
Time to read essays. They hurt. They hurt so much. >_<
I'm going to test it out on auto-publish for a day. If there are no spam comments, thanks to this plugin, REAL people will be able to enter comments automatically, without me needing to filter through them. HURRAY!! :D Have fun :)
I deleted my oekaki and guestbook because automated spammers spammed them...spammity spam spam....*angry fist*
