messages from the box that is my hovel
Greetings people,
It has been a while, and from where I sit, here, now, the world seems a little darker. Most probably because it's past 7:30 pm, but there are other signs too. Like the fact that it's Saturday and I am sitting in the same spot where I sat yesterday at around this time...just like the day before that. Even with a substitute, to cover a day for me, it is difficult to keep up with the work load. And for me to vent about work...that's never a good or smart thing to do in such a public arena. There is much to vent about though...
Anyway, since I'm here and I don't feel like going through the thousands of sheets of papers I should be reading through, I am finally taking the time to type here. I also have no energy to do any grading or organizing either. It probably has something to do with my increase of two cups of coffee per day. Today was only a one cup day...my brain is tired.
I wonder...what do people do on Saturday nights?
Do they go out with or spend time with friends and family?
Do they go grocery shopping, do their laundry, and do "life" things, as a coworker of mine described it?
Do they go on dates, to search for the rest of their lives?
Do they stay at home and simply relax?
What do people my age do on Saturday nights?
I usually eat dinner at home, in the presence of family, with those dinners usually consisting of blissful pho. The rest of the evening is then usually spent relaxing or playing video games, basically, staying the hell away from people. Especially these few days. These few days will be especially angry days.

Staying away from people is actually good! Especially staying away from mean, offesnsive and just plain stinky people!
You go ahead and take your anger out on whatever's torturing you!!! TT3TT
